Summer Fruit Super Smoothie


Start out your week with a Summer Fruit Super Smoothie:


Ingredients:

1) 1 C veggie broth (mine was...beet greens, 1/2 purple cabbage, handful of mushrooms, bunch of kale, 2 potatoes, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 onion, 3 celery sprigs , 3 carrots, 1 red pepper, 1 orange pepper>cover in water, bring to a boil then reduce to simmer 2 hrs>makes 12 cups) 2) 1 C milk of choice (I own part of a cow - God Bless Virginia - raw milk is the best :)) 3) 1 C yogurt 4) Handful of fresh or frozen peaches 5) 1 Frozen banana 6) Handful of fresh raspberries 6) Handful of sunflower sprouts 7) 1 T chia seeds


BLEND & ENJOY!


Makes a boat load. Like 4 servings.


PS After my taste test I added 1 packet of monk fruit sweetener to my cup and this smoothie was the bomb!
